Here at Yoga Neighborhood, we consider the health of our partners, teachers and community to be of the utmost importance.
We are currently developing a strategy to safely and fully “reopen” Yoga Neighborhood in compliance with state and local health guidelines and the best practices for community safety. We hope to once again offer a full schedule of donation-based community classes, as well as working with our partners to deliver the benefits of yoga and meditation to diverse groups, including those at veterans outreach centers, safe houses, shelters, and schools. We'll keep you informed as we move forward.

age, fitness level or economic ability.
Serving Our Community
Yoga Neighborhood is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to caring for the entire community of Cape Cod, with a focus on the needs of underserved and vulnerable populations.
Through community partnerships, we offer yoga classes personalized to the needs of seniors, tribal members, women in recovery, youth at risk
and people with disabilities.
Yoga Neighborhood also provides donation-based classes taught at community centers, and during the summer, the beautiful beaches of
Cape Cod. These classes help support our mission to make yoga accessible to all.
We are always trying to extend our reach to help financially, mentally and physically challenged populations made possible through generous donations from students and members of the community.
Helping People through Yoga
Numerous health benefits of yoga are well known, including stress reduction, cardiovascular health, boosting the immune system and increased flexibility and muscle tone. Our goal is to put the people of Cape Cod on the path of yoga that leads to a life filled with gratitude, wellbeing, contentment and peace.
