Yoga Neighborhood considers the health of its partners, teachers and classmembers to be of the utmost importance.
We are monitoring the CDC and Commonwealth information as it becomes available with regard to COVID 19. At this time it is our intent to continue classes in all venues that are permitting public gatherings as regularly scheduled. Yoga Neighborhood will not be sharing matts. We encourage you to use standard good judgment and hygiene when deciding to attend class. If you are not feeling well or have had a cough or flu like symptoms we encourage you to practice at home. We will continue to monitor and post any class closings on our website and Facebook pages.

Serving Our Community
Yoga Neighborhood is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to caring for the entire community of Cape Cod, with a focus on the needs of underserved and vulnerable populations.
Through community partnerships, we offer yoga classes personalized to the needs of seniors, tribal members, women in recovery, youth at risk
and people with disabilities.
Yoga Neighborhood also provides donation-based classes taught at community centers, and during the summer, the beautiful beaches of
Cape Cod. These classes help support our mission to make yoga accessible to all.
We are always trying to extend our reach to help financially, mentally and physically challenged populations made possible through generous donations from students and members of the community.
Helping People through Yoga
Numerous health benefits of yoga are well known, including stress reduction, cardiovascular health, boosting the immune system and increased flexibility and muscle tone. Our goal is to put the people of Cape Cod on the path of yoga that leads to a life filled with gratitude, wellbeing, contentment and peace.
