It was so lovely to see everyone who showed up in Falmouth yesterday and made our special event a big success. At Qigong for Wellness and Stress Reduction, guest teacher Ken Nelson led an enthusiastic group of practitioners through a series of mind/body wellness exercises designed to leave everyone feeling focused, energized, and relaxed.
One participant called it "a great energy shift." We think so too. Thank you to all who came, and especially to Ken for sharing his wisdom and wit with us.
